Science-ology at Comedy Festival
and the Man in the Lab Coat return for the 2007 Melbourne International Comedy Festival! You can catch the show that puts the rock back into rocket science throughout April as part of the program at Comedy @ Trades. The Man is also appearing in not one, not two, but three impro shows around the Festival with The Crew – plus you can catch Ben this Sunday and next, February 18th and 25th, at Impro Sundae, Australia’s longest running weekly impro show. Lab Coat and Friends
The Fringe is over, but the science comedy continues this Thursday when the Man appears at the Australian Science Communicators’ Science Comedy Night. It’s an evening of fine food and scientastic comedy featuring Ben “Lab Coat Man” McKenzie, Dan “the Science Fan” Walmsley and Lawrence “Puzzle Boy” Leung. The doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:15pm start; you should arrive on time and hungry for both comedy and food. This Thursday, October 19 at the Redback Brewery, 75 Flemington Road, North Melbourne. ASC members $10, non-members $14, and students $8. Tickets at the door.
